Put it out early and the fine is yours. What we sell is not the disposal, it is precisely that carrying: we take things from where they stand and you touch nothing. If you have a few pieces and you are able to move them, our honest advice is to call the municipality.

No. You only need to point at what goes and what stays. Carrying, lifting, loading and sweeping are ours. You can watch the whole thing from where you are sitting if you like, and if we are unsure about a piece we ask you before it goes on the van.

Yes — it is the version of this job we do most often. We either hold the key or arrange access with someone local, send you photos before we start, begin on your approval, and send the after photos when we finish. Every key collection and return is logged.

Nothing that looks valuable or personal goes on the van without asking — documents, photographs, jewellery, cash. We set those aside and show you. If you are abroad we photograph them, send them over WhatsApp and wait for your decision.

Yes, but it is priced separately. Rubble is far heavier than household goods and goes to a different disposal point, so we cost it as its own line at the survey. Worth knowing: the municipalities' free collection does not cover heavy construction waste.

We reply to enquiries within 24 hours. The clearance day itself is scheduled; we work Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00. We do not advertise out-of-hours work, because we would rather make a promise we can keep.

People call it garage cleaning, junk removal or waste removal; we call it clearance, and it is the same job — we empty the space and take the load away. The difference worth knowing is what happens at the end. A man-and-van rubbish run drops the load and leaves. We sweep the space out, lock up and send you the before-and-after photos. If what you want once the junk is gone is the floor and walls washed down, that is a deep clean — a different service, and we will say so at the survey rather than quote you for the wrong one.

That is most of what we do. You point at what goes; anything you are keeping we move aside and put back where you want it. Half a van-load is a normal job and it is priced as one — you are not charged for a full clearance because the van still had room in it.
