Questions about Iskele

My new apartment has defects — what do you do?

We walk the apartment and list every missing and defective item, with photographs. Taking that list to the developer stays with you; whatever the developer will not put right, we complete. We separate in writing what is whose responsibility.

Can you plan a changeover clean to the hour?

Yes. On the Long Beach strip there are often only a few hours between checkout and check-in during high season, and we schedule the clean into that window. We work Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00, and lock the plan in advance.

The water heater does not work in a brand-new build — why?

The cause we see most often in new apartments is an installation or connection fault rather than a faulty unit. We check the connection and the supply first, and if the unit does not need replacing we say so.
